Submission Instruction: |

All manuscripts will be handled electronically
through web-based paper submission systems. Please
do not send your papers to any of the conference
program co-chairs. Only the manuscripts received
by the submission site will be reviewed.
The submitted manuscript must describe original
work not previously published and not concurrently
submitted elsewhere.
The following provides the format and submission
deadline.

Submissions should be no more than 10 pages in
two-column, single-space, 10pt format (5,000
words) or 20 pages in single-column, double space,
12 pt format (5,000 words).
All figures, appendices, and references must fit
within this limit. Papers that deviate
significantly from these requirements risk being
rejected without review.
Only the PDF format manuscripts are accepted for
review.
